Allison Ilem, PhD, BCBA, is a psychologist and board certified behavior analyst specializing in gerontology. Dr. Ilem earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She completed her internship in clinical psychology and her postdoctoral fellowship in clinical geropsychology at the Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System, American Lake Division, in Tacoma, Washington.
